The "Heart Portrait" workshops invite everyone to create a unique work of art based on their story, their emotions, and what makes them tick.
What if our heart became our most sincere self-portrait?
We are used to presenting ourselves by our face, our profession, or our story.
What if we chose another path?
The "Portrait de coeur" (Portrait of the Heart) offers another way to tell your story.
Through a sensitive writing process followed by an artistic creation, each person reveals what inspires them and creates a deeply personal work.
More than an artistic workshop, Portrait de Coeur is an artistic experience that invites you to slow down, listen to yourself, and connect with others in a different way.
How is a Heartfelt Portrait born?

A SENSITIVE EXPLORATION
Each participant receives an observation file from the Cabinet.
Through poetic questions, they explore the memories, emotions, and landscapes that make up their heart.

AN ARTISTIC CREATION
From this exploration, words do not just stay on the page. They extend to the hands.
Through collage, materials, and colors, each person creates a unique Heart Portrait, a reflection of their inner landscape.
Each Heartfelt Portrait is unique
It does not seek to represent a face.
It reveals what makes us who we are.
Through words, materials, and symbols, each person creates a free, sensitive, and deeply personal work.
The Heart Portrait does not seek to show who we are. It seeks to reveal what makes our hearts beat.
Everyone leaves with far more than just a creation
At the end of the workshop, each participant leaves with their original Heart Portrait as well as their observation file, completed throughout this exploration.
One tells the story of the journey taken,
The other becomes its visible trace.
The file preserves the words, memories, and emotions that guided the creation.
The Heart Portrait gives them form, substance, and colors.
Together, they bear witness to an encounter with oneself.
