The beneficiary can then contact me when they wish to begin the consultation.

How does a consultation unfold?

• Opening your medical file

The person receives a consultation questionnaire. A few questions will allow Doctor OzO to gather the first clues about the state of their heart.

• Analysis in an observation laboratory

Upon receipt of your questionnaire, your file enters the laboratory. Symptoms are observed, clues are studied, and the heart is placed under high poetic surveillance. You will receive a message confirming that the analyses are underway.

• Drafting the diagnosis

Once the analysis is complete, Doctor OzO writes her poetic diagnosis. It then comes to life in an animated visual creation, specially designed for their heart.

• Delivery of the file

The person receives their consultation file including:

• Their written poetic diagnosis
• Their animated visual creation (MP4)

• Waiting room

Each consultation requires several hours of creation.

Each file is handled with the time it deserves.
Files are processed in order of arrival.
A small waiting room may form before entering the laboratory.
The person will be informed when their file begins its analysis.

Management disclaims all responsibility in the event of a sudden restart of the heart, an unexpected surge of momentum, or the spontaneous appearance of beats that have long remained inactive.
